Q1. What is zomilibrary.com?
Zomi Library is an online library for PDF/eBooks in English, Burmese, and Zomi focused on culture, history, education, and lifelong learning.

Q2. Which languages do you support?
Three primary hubs: English (/en), Burmese (/mm), and Zomi (/zo).

Q3. Is everything free?
No. We host free and paid titles. Each book card shows its price (or “Free”).

Q4. How do I search?
Use the top search bar. Filter by Language, Category, Format (PDF/EPUB/MOBI), and Price (Free/Paid).

2) Accounts & Access

Q5. Do I need an account to download?
Free titles: often no account required (depends on rights). Paid titles: account required to access your library and receipts.

Q6. I forgot my password—what now?
Use Forgot Password on the sign-in page. If you don’t receive an email, check spam or contact support@zomilibrary.com.

Q7. Can institutions (schools/libraries) get access?
Yes. Contact editor@zomilibrary.com for partnership options.

3) Downloading & Formats

Q8. What formats do you provide?
Primarily PDF; EPUB/MOBI when available. Buttons on each title indicate formats.

Q9. How do I read on Kindle?
Use Send to Kindle (email or app) or convert EPUB/PDF via Kindle tools. Some complex PDFs render best in the Kindle app or a tablet.

Q10. My download failed or the file won’t open.
Retry the download, ensure stable internet, and update your reader (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Apple Books). Still stuck? Email support@zomilibrary.com with the book link and screenshot.

4) Payments & Refunds

Q11. How do I pay for books?
Secure checkout via our payment processor (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). We do not store card numbers.

Q12. Do you offer refunds?
Digital items are generally non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law or in cases of duplicate purchase/technical fault. Contact support@zomilibrary.com.

Q13. Are taxes included?
Taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax) are applied where required and shown at checkout.

5) Rights & Submissions

Q14. Can I submit my manuscript or backlist?
Yes—go to /submit/. We accept free or paid releases. Include title, abstract, language, rights/permission, and files.

Q15. Who owns my book after I submit?
You do. You grant ZomiLibrary.com a non-exclusive license to host/distribute to run the Service.

Q16. How do takedowns work?
Rights-holders can file at /help/takedown/ with proof of ownership and the exact URL.
